    We are sorry to know about your wish to unsubscribe. However, you always have the option to do the needful from the “Click here” button. Post clicking on "CLICK HERE", you get two options which are listed below:

    Click on 'Do Not Email' - if you do not want any emails like Abandon Bag, Birthday wish, Anniversary wish, etc, and order updates if any.

    Click on 'Unsubscribe' - to unsubscribe your email id from our newsletter and promotional email listings.

    You can also unsubscribe using MY ACCOUNT under the section "NEWSLETTER" where you get the Checkbox to Unsubscribe from the Newsletter.

  • How Do I Use Coupon Codes?

    As part of our offers and giveaways, we share gift coupons with you. If you’ve received a coupon code from us, you will find it in your email. On adding items to your bag, view your ‘Shopping Bag’ before you proceed to ‘Checkout.’ Enter your coupon code within the area marked out for it. Don’t forget to ‘Apply Coupon.’

    You may follow the below steps to place an order:

    3. Click Proceed to checkout option
    4. Login with your account details or "Join Us" to register yourself or enter your billing details directly to proceed with order placement.
    5. Enter the shipping address and select a payment mode to proceed with the payment.
    6. Click Place order and complete the payment.
    7. On successful order placement, the Order ID will be generated and you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.

    Our Return team will consult and accordingly our fitting expert team will get in touch with you with a quick response.

    The day we receive the outfit back, we perform a thorough quality check. After the outfit passes the quality check, we will refund the amount or credit the amount to your gabbana account which you can use for your future purchase.

  • What can I return?

    You may return any unused item, in new condition, or any item that was damaged upon receipt within 7 days of receipt of the order.

  • Can I return products purchased during the Sale?

    Products purchased during or on Sale will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for Returns or Refunds.

  • Can I return products purchased during Facetime or Skype call

    Products purchased during or on Facetime or Skype calls will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for Returns or Refunds.

  • Who will Pay for Shipping?

    All Items returned due to change of mind or sizing issues (definitive sizing information is posted on the site) require you to pay for them.

  • How soon should I get back to you?

    Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received as damaged, found with manufacturing defect, or any other issues

  • What are the steps for returning any item ordered from gabbana?

    In case you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please ensure that you report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • A confirmation email from gabbana

    You will receive an acknowledgment e-mail from us confirming a Return Authorization, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. We will be unable to process any "Items Returned" without the Return Authorization Reference. Please note: In case needed, we'd request a digital picture of the item for our internal review to be able to process your request.

  • Shipping Back the Items

    When shipping back the items:

    1. As would be advised in our return authorization e-mail, please send the items to us preferably through a reputed, registered courier service only to avoid any transit-related issues.
    2. Please try and ensure that you retain all the packaging material along with the product. Do not remove tags, stickers, etc. unless you are sure you want to keep the product. The presence of original tags is a must to process returns.
    3. Item Receipt and Inspection at gabbana Warehouse. As a policy, our team shall examine the products on return and identify the defects/variations as indicated by you.
    4. Proposed solutions post receipt of returned items. Post inspection of the returned item(s), our Customer Care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case-to-case basis -
    1. Choosing an alternate Fashion statement as a replacement for equal value.
    2. A refund in the form of Credit Notes of the order value.
  • What will be the value of Refund/Store Credit in case I opt for the same?

    In any case, the refunds will not exceed the actual amount paid by you. Please note that we always charge in Indian Rupees & therefore shall refund in the same currency.

    There may be a variance in the amount in your currency due to a change in the currency exchange rate.

  • Where All Do We Deliver?

  • Who are our logistic partners?

    We have partnered with the best and most reputed logistics partners, such as Blue Dart, Ekart, Rapid Delivery, etc.,

  • When are the deliveries made?

    All deliveries are made on business days (Monday – Saturday) only. Further, deliveries are generally made during the normal working hours of courier companies.

    Please note that there is no shipment made from gabbana on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner does not make any pick-ups on those days.

  • How long does it take for my order to reach me?

    Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided; which are merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on the availability of the product and other factors.

    Shipping within India may take up to 5-8 working days depending on the location.

    Please make sure you have allowed adequate time before your actual dress-wearing date. We cannot be held responsible for the delivery time by the shipping company.

  • How can I track my order?

    We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with the expected date of delivery. You may also check the same under Track my Order or by logging in to the My Account section on our site.

    Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

  • What are the risks in Transit?

    gabbana ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If the Courier Company fails to deliver; you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But gabbana will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer's address by the postal / courier agency.

  • Can I request a change in Address?

    Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 48 hours of placing the order. You may Email us your change request and the needful will be done.

  • Can I add multiple addresses to one order?

    Sorry, currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the products to different addresses, you can place multiple orders.

  • What is the procedure/penalty for incorrect or incomplete Addresses?

    Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not gabbana. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

    In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

  • What is the packing material used?

    All products are first packed in recycled paper and then put in recycled card boxes.

  • What if there is a delay in Shipping?

    The "Availability" as mentioned on our website against each item is an approximate count of days it would take to dispatch the order from our warehouse.

    If for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is “unavailable due to limited availability of stock” or if there is an unusual delay in fulfilling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. In some cases, we would offer to refund you for the unfulfilled part of the order in case of our inability to resolve the order within a reasonable period. At times, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Refunds, Returns, Replacement & Exchange would not be entertained in case of such scenarios. However, benefits such as Store Credit would be provided on a case-to-case basis. These can be used for future shopping on the site.

  • What is a Billing Address? How is it different from a Shipping Address?

    The billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company.

    The shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.

  • What should I do if my order has still not arrived?

    If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, please try the following: -

    • Signing into My Account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and that your contact details are correct.
    • Checking if you have a text message, email, or attempted delivery notification from one of our carriers.

    If you still can't find your parcel, please Contact us quoting your order number and we'll reply within one working day and do our best to locate your parcel.

  • What should I do to receive a part shipment of an order?

    If you are ordering many items in one transaction, each with a different production time, we will take the maximum number of production days from the particular order and ship the parcel as a one-time shipment. If for any reason you wish to receive your order in the part shipment(s), we request you to place an order separately for each or additional delivery charges may occur depending on the weight of the individual parcel which is to be sent.

  • Can I request for my order to be gift-wrapped before shipping?

    Special moments and emotional occasions demand personalization. At gabbana, we believe in respecting every request made by our customers. However, an outfit/item which is gift-wrapped at gabbana, may not reach the final destination in the same condition.
